Baoshan Qing Xin Jade Oolong

Yunnan high mountain oolong from Baoshan region (1900m+ elevation). 

Classic Taiwanese oolong tea bushes of the Qing Xin variety were planted in the highland region of northwestern Yunnan Province. The tea is grown on ecological high-mountain tea plantations without the use of pesticides and chemicals.

This oolong is made using the classic Taiwanese green (jade) oolong technology, with a low oxidation level. Therefore, it is similar to the classic Taiwanese Alishan or Jin Xuan oolongs.

Aroma: floral, sweet and creamy.

Flavor: deep, floral, sweet with a light, pleasant bitterness and sweet aftertaste. 

Effects: refreshing, toning.
