Baoshan Roasted Oolong

Yunnan high mountain oolong from Baoshan region (1900m+ elevation). 

Classic Taiwanese oolong tea bushes of the Qing Xin variety were planted in the highland region of northwestern Yunnan Province. The tea is grown on ecological high-mountain tea plantations without the use of pesticides and chemicals.

This oolong tea has a medium oxidation level and a higher degree of roasting (so called 'Nong Xiang'), which makes it similar to such traditional Taiwanese oolong as Dong Ding.

Aroma: sweet, roasted nuts.

Flavor: floral, caramel, some coffee notes 

Effects: invigorates the body, but calms the mind.
