Aged sheng puer, fully matured. 20+ years of storage in a dry warehouse, with an ideal, controlled humidity balance, largely determined the character of this tea. High grade plantation raw material with a lots of tea buds.
Finding aged pu-erh is always a very challenging task, since, in addition to the quality of the raw material, one must also take into account the storage conditions — the storage environment should be neither too humid nor too dry. In the case of this sheng pu-erh, this balance was found.
Aroma: dried fruits, tobacco, dry leather, without any hints of "wet storage aroma"
Taste: vibrant and clean, punchy with black pepper and dried fruits notes, strong and sweet aftertaste.
Effect: strong, pronounced, relaxing yet focused.
