Gui Fei Oolong "Emperor's Concubine" is a partially oxidized tea from Taiwan. It is produced using a special process where the leaves are bitten by small green leafhoppers, triggering an oxidation process while the leaves are still on the bush. This natural phenomenon gives the tea its distinctive honeyed and fruity flavour.
