Shaihong is a sun dried black (red) tea. It is a unique tea from wild trees ("Ye Sheng") from the Jinggu region, produced and pressed in a small batch of 30 kg.
Features of raw materials
mighty wild tea trees, aged from 200 years;
highland region in a secret place on Ku Zhu Shan mountain area (Jinggu region), altitude over 2000 m;
completely manual, delicate processing of selected raw materials by an experienced master;
harvest - spring 2023.
Aroma: honey-floral, fruity, with a pleasant berry sourness.
Taste: soft, deep, juicy, with notes of apricot kernels, ripe fruits, berries and a pleasant bitterness typical for "wild" raw materials.
Good to drink today or in the future with aging, it will change in taste and aroma, gaining body and richness.
Impact: powerful, carrying away, but smooth and warming.
