How to brew: take 5 gr. per 100 ml. water and boiling water. Be careful during the brewing process so that Dan Cong does not overinfuse and does not go into excessive bitterness. From the dishes, both gaiwan and clay teapot are suitable. Porcelain will enhance and reveal the aroma, clay will complement and make the taste more expressive.
