Baoshan Oolong Tea Collection

Baoshan Oolongs are high-mountain teas from Yunnan, China, grown at elevations above 1,900 metres. Produced from Taiwanese Qing Xin tea bushes, these teas offer different flavor profiles depending on their oxidation and roasting levels.

1. Baoshan Qing Xin Jade Oolong

High-mountain Yunnan oolong made from Qing Xin tea bushes using traditional Taiwanese jade oolong processing. Lightly oxidized, with a fresh, floral character similar to classic Ali Shan oolongs.

Aroma: sweet, floral and creamy.
Flavor: rich and floral, with gentle bitterness and a sweet aftertaste.
Effect: refreshing, uplifting and toning.

2. Baoshan Roasted Oolong

Medium-oxidized Yunnan oolong with pronounced roasting, made in the traditional Taiwanese Nong Xiang style. Similar in character to classic Dong Ding oolong.

Aroma: sweet, with roasted nut notes.
Flavor: floral and caramel-like, with subtle coffee undertones.
Effect: invigorating, while calming the mind.

3. Baoshan Red Oolong

Highly oxidized Yunnan oolong produced using traditional Hong Shui technology. Its smooth, rich character combines the qualities of Taiwanese red oolongs and delicate black teas.

Aroma: caramel and roasted nuts.
Flavor: soft, sweet and floral, with honey notes.
Effect: warming, gently relaxing and mentally refreshing.

4. Baoshan Black Oolong

Deeply oxidized and roasted Yunnan oolong, carefully aged to develop a rich, dark character. Reminiscent of traditional Taiwanese Lao Cha Wang and roasted Dong Ding.

Aroma: roasted nuts, coffee and charcoal.
Flavor: deep, sweet and woody-nutty, with coffee notes.
Effect: deeply warming and relaxing.

5. Baoshan Golden Dragon Oolong

Premium high-mountain Yunnan oolong made from selected Qing Xin tea leaves using complex processing techniques. Medium-oxidized, with a refined character similar to Taiwanese Gui Fei oolong.

Aroma: honey, ripe fruits and roasted nuts.
Flavor: rich, sweet and floral-fruity, with delicate nuances.
Effect: warming, gently relaxing and improving mental clarity.
